Job summary

The role focuses on curriculum-based content, formative and summative assessments, and collaboration with product, learning technology and production teams to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences while working remotely.

Qualifications

• A relevant teaching qualification with subject specialization.
• CAPS curriculum knowledge and experience teaching or developing material.
• Experience in learning design or digital content development is advantageous.
• EdTech experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of digital learning principles is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Detail-oriented with fast-paced prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum-aligned online course content and assessments.
• Develop engaging digital learning experiences using approved tools.
• Research reference materials to support course development.
• Collaborate with product, learning technology and production specialists.
• Review and QA own work against curriculum and quality standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and feedback loops.
• Manage development tasks within agreed timelines.
• Track assets and briefing for graphics as needed.
