Job summary

Valenture Institute is seeking a Learning Designer to design, develop and quality assure online secondary school content aligned to NSC and SACAI standards. You will craft formative and summative assessments, collaborate with product and production teams, and ensure high-quality digital learning experiences within set timelines.

The role requires a teaching qualification with subject specialization and strong knowledge of CAPS.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification with subject specialization.
• Knowledge of CAPS/NSC and SACAI standards is desirable.
• Experience in learning design or digital content development is advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely and independently with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and quality assure secondary school online course content.
• Create formative and summative assessments aligned to CAPS/NSC/SACAI.
• Collaborate with Product, Learning Technology and production teams.
• Ensure content meets Valenture’s learning design standards and timelines.
• Review and improve course content based on feedback and QA activities.
