Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Mine Project Coordinator to support multiple mining projects from a home-based office. You will assist managers with plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating resources and communications across site teams, engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in mining project coordination, with proficiency in MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and report status.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, minutes, and change orders.
• Organize and schedule project meetings (virtual and on-site when needed).
• Maintain project management software and databases.
