The role requires a Mining Engineering background, 10+ years PM experience in mining, and strong leadership and risk-management skills for global projects from Upington or any remote location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management within the mining sector, with a significant portion managing complex projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale mining projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a virtual collaboration environment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of mining processes, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
