You will develop cutting-edge menus, manage food costings, and ensure HACCP standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, global culinary awareness, and collaboration skills with planning and client teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in high-end catering or fine dining.
• At least 3 years in an executive or sous chef role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in menu costing, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
• Strong HACCP knowledge and food safety proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and refine innovative menus for events of varying scale.
• Research new ingredients, techniques, and global culinary influences.
• Develop and manage food costings, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with event planning and client relations teams for seamless execution.
• Create detailed recipe guides, plating instructions, and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
