Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative, market-relevant menu plans for various digital catering offerings.
• Create detailed recipes, including ingredient lists, precise measurements, and step-by-step instructions suitable for publication and online tutorials.
• Provide expert guidance and direction on food styling and presentation for photo shoots, video productions, and other digital content.
• Ensure menu plans are adaptable for different dietary needs and preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure menu concepts align with brand messaging and target audience.
• Research current culinary trends and incorporate them into menu development.
• Maintain a digital portfolio of styled food creations and menu concepts.
