This fully remote role requires 7+ years in menu development, strong data analysis, cost awareness, and superb virtual communication. You will influence menu engineering and sourcing strategies while delivering clear, actionable recommendations online.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in menu development or culinary strategy.
• Proven ability to create unique and commercially successful menus.
• Strong ability to interpret culinary data and market research.
• Excellent research and trend forecasting capabilities.
• Exceptional virtual communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.
• Understanding of food costs, pricing strategies, and operational constraints.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop market-relevant menu concepts for catering clients.
• Research global food trends, ingredients, dietary preferences, and competitors.
• Analyze menu performance data and advise on strategic adjustments.
