The role emphasizes creating efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions, collaborating with virtual teams, conducting tolerance analyses and simulations, and documenting designs and reports for production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with mechanical design and CAD software (Inventor, Fusion 360).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and drafting standards.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and simulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies using CAD software.
• Conduct tolerance analyses, stress simulations, and performance evaluations to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible for production.
• Assist in prototyping and testing phases, providing technical feedback for design iterations.
• Document design changes, specifications, and technical reports accurately.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, design reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
