Placements24 is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join their fully remote team. You will design, implement and optimize automated marketing workflows to nurture leads and drive customer engagement using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua.

You will own lead scoring, nurture campaigns and campaign analytics, integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, ensure data hygiene, and collaborate with content and demand generation teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Proven ability to design complex automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
• Experience in lead management, segmentation and data hygiene.
• CRM integration experience and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable marketing automation workflows, emails, and landing pages.
• Manage lead scoring and lead nurturing programs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using automation capabilities.
• Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data hygiene and segmentation within the marketing automation platform.
• Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to align automation strategies with campaign goals.
• Stay current with marketing automation best practices and emerging technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation workflows and integrations.
• Developer training materials and provide support to other marketing team members on automation best practices.
