This fully remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a proven track record in Lean/Six Sigma, with strong communication for cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

This position is fully remote, enabling you to contribute your deep understanding of manufacturing techniques and efficiency improvements from any location. You will analyze process data, recommend enhancements, and support the implementation of best practices to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your role will be vital in maintaining and elevating our manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document best practices for various manufacturing operations, ensuring consistency across facilities.
• Provide remote expert consultation and support to plant engineers and production teams on process optimization.
