Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization using data analytics.

• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering departments, in a remote setting.
• Track and report on the impact of implemented improvements, focusing on cost savings and efficiency gains.

Requirements
