Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design and propose new process layouts, equipment specifications, and workflow optimizations using CAD software and simulation tools.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, via virtual meetings and collaborative platforms.
• Document process changes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and train remote teams on new methodologies.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes and conduct root cause analysis for any deviations or quality issues.
