Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process optimization.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, simulation software, and data analysis/visualization tools.
• Strong remote communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in analyzing existing operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring high standards of quality and output across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of optimized manufacturing processes and systems, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide remote expertise and guidance to site-based engineering and operations teams on process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes and capital investments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, problem-solving, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process enhancement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong specialization in process optimization and manufacturing systems.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced process improvement techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex initiatives.
• Proficiency with ERP systems , simulation software, and advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and remote communication skills.
