Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Manufacturing Process Analyst to drive data-driven improvements across multiple sites. You will analyze large manufacturing datasets, build dashboards, and collaborate with remote teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains in a fully remote capacity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, 4+ years in data analysis or operations research in manufacturing, and strong Python/R/SQL skills, plus

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of data analysis, process improvement, or operations research in manufacturing is required.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Able to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences; remote-work capable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to manufacturing operations and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize metrics.
• Conduct what-if analyses to assess proposed changes before implementation.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site teams to understand operational challenges.
