Placements24 is seeking a Manufacturing and Operations Recruitment Consultant to join their remote team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for production management, quality, supply chain, and logistics roles, building strong client and candidate relationships while leveraging modern ATS tools.

You will source passive candidates, assess technical fit, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure client operations excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment with manufacturing/operations focus.
• Experience sourcing and placing for technical/managerial roles.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing/operations roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for skilled professionals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for candidate fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Source passive candidates with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma expertise.
• Stay current with industry trends and market demands.
• Manage candidate experience and provide timely feedback.
• Utilize recruitment technologies to track progress and pipelines.
