Placements24 is seeking a Manufacturing and Operations Recruitment Consultant to join their remote team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for production management, quality, supply chain, and logistics roles, building strong client and candidate relationships while leveraging modern ATS tools.

You will source passive candidates, assess technical fit, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure client operations excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment with manufacturing/operations focus.
• Experience sourcing and placing for technical/managerial roles.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.

• Proactively source and engage with passive candidates who possess critical skills in areas like lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven specialization in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical and managerial positions within these sectors.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and operational management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
