Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Management Accountant for a fully remote role. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

The role requires a solid track record in management accounting and proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel. You will collaborate with multiple business units, provide strategic financial insights, and contribute to financial models and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CIMA, ACCA, or CA(SA) qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in management accounting or similar role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare management reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Provide financial support to business units and managers.
• Monitor KPIs and advise on strategic actions.
