Placements24 is seeking a skilled remote Management Accountant for a rapidly growing international business. You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, and developing financial models to guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting/finance with professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CA(SA) preferred), 5+ years in management accounting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP and BI tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or equiv; professional qualification preferred (ACCA/CIMA/CA(SA)).
• 5+ years in management accounting, financial analysis, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results remotely.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in process improvement and automation of financial reporting.

• Develop, implement, and maintain management accounting processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
