Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance technician or technical support role, with a strong emphasis on remote problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software systems relevant to installation and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Self-disciplined and able to manage workload effectively in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance for the maintenance and repair of specialized equipment.
• Guide clients and on-site technicians through diagnostic procedures and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Analyze maintenance logs and performance data to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
