Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring a seamless booking process.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries via email and telephone.
• Provide accurate information on accommodation, rates, availability and lodge offerings.
• Process bookings, amendments and cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems.
• Liaise with lodge teams to communicate guest requirements and special requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding luxury standards.
• Assist with administrative duties related to reservations and guest communication.
