Qualifications

• 5+ years of revenue management experience in the luxury hotel sector.
• Proven success in developing and executing revenue optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in RM software (IDeaS, Duetto) and PMS systems.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics and distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholders in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting.
• Manage room inventory and pricing across OTAs, GDS, and direct channels.
• Optimize pricing for rooms, F&B, and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align strategies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual revenue reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and product enhancements.
• Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to changes in market conditions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of pricing and inventory strategies.
