Job summary

Placements24 seeks a remote Revenue Management Analyst to optimize pricing, forecast demand and boost profitability across a hospitality portfolio. You will analyze data, monitor ADR and occupancy while collaborating with sales and operations teams to implement effective revenue strategies.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 3+ years in revenue management, proficiency with IDeaS or Duetto, Excel, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• Minimum 3 years in revenue management, preferably hospitality.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience with RM software (IDeA S, Duetto) and BI tools.
• Solid grasp of pricing, forecasting, and market dynamics.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data, market trends and competitor pricing to set pricing strategies.
• Create demand forecasts and occupancy projections for strategic planning.
• Manage dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, occupancy, ADR.
• Generate reports and market insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align revenue strategies.
• Identify revenue uplift opportunities and optimize inventory.
• Leverage RM systems and tools to optimize performance.
• Suggest promotion ideas and inventory adjustments.
• Stay updated on RM best practices and tech.
