Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Remote Hospitality Revenue Manager. The role focuses on forecasting demand, optimizing ADR, managing inventory, and applying data-driven pricing strategies across a diverse portfolio of properties.

You will work independently in a remote setting, collaborating with sales, marketing and operations to maximize profitability and ensure cohesive revenue strategies. This is a senior, fully remote position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Proven experience with revenue management strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
• Manage pricing and inventory across distribution channels for optimal yield.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to align revenue strategies with promotions.
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Utilize RMS and data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide pricing adjustments, promotions, and inventory controls recommendations.
