Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Luxury Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize revenue across luxury properties. This fully remote role leverages market data, forecasting, and dynamic pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue across rooms, F&B, and ancillary services.

You will analyze market dynamics, benchmark competitors, manage multi-channel distribution, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue management within luxury hotels.

• Strong analytical and quantitative data interpretation.
• Proficiency in RM software (IDeaS, Duetto) and PMS systems.
• Understanding of distribution channels and hotel operations.
• Excellent remote communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strategic, proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of luxury market segments and customer behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting.
• Manage room inventory and pricing across OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.
• Optimize pricing for rooms, F&B, and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual revenue reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and product enhancements.
• Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to market conditions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of pricing and inventory strategies.
