Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to drive pricing and inventory strategies across a diverse hotel portfolio. This fully remote role focuses on maximizing occupancy and ADR in the George market and beyond, collaborating with on-site teams and senior management.

You'll develop dynamic pricing, conduct market and competitor analysis, forecast demand, and optimize RMS and PMS systems while delivering regular performance insights and identifying new revenue

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hotel revenue management.
• Experience with forecasting techniques and pricing strategies.
• Experience with PMS and RMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, competitor pricing, and market trends.
• Manage room inventory and distribution channels to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare accurate short-term and long-term revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor booking pace, pickup, and cancellation patterns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools effectively.
• Generate regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new revenue streams and upselling opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
