Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality experience with elite 5-star establishments.
• Proven background handling deep hospitality financials, variable P&L management, forecasting and data-driven reporting.
• Experience managing multi-site expansions or auxiliary service operations.
• Deep understanding of high-spend European and international leisure travelers.
• Strong leadership, resilience under seasonal pressures, and ability to report to corporate directors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain execution of 5-star international hospitality standards across Front of House, Guest Relations, Spa and Food & Beverage.
• Champion guest retention strategies for a demanding international guest demographic.
• Drive a culture of luxury excellence and meticulous service delivery across departments.
• Establish flawless logistics, supply-chain flow, and quality-control for off-site operations to ensure zero downtime.
• Oversee budgeting, yield optimization, labor scheduling, and day-to-day cost-control across units.
• Translate property performance metrics into high-level corporate reports for asset management.
• Direct and mentor middle-management (F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Wellness, Engineering).
• Ensure adherence to local labor regulations while driving staff motivation and luxury training.
