Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality or high-touch customer support experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of travel, dining, and entertainment options, especially in major destinations.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with concierge software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
