Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality as concierge or guest-facing role.
• Deep local knowledge of Centurion and surrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities.
• Arrange transportation, tours, and reservations per guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of local events and attractions in Gauteng.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate as needed.
