You will maintain extensive local knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and build strong relationships with local vendors to arrange seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge or high-level guest service role in luxury hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of Randburg area and transport links.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Discreet, professional demeanor and courteous approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and IT basics.

Responsibilities
