Placements24 is recruiting a highly skilled Loss Adjuster to join a fully remote team handling a diverse portfolio of intricate claims from a home office across South Africa. The role involves expert assessment, reporting, and settlement negotiations to achieve timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in loss adjusting, with strong insurance knowledge and proven remote-client communication abilities. Occasional travel for site inspections may be required.

• 6+ years of experience as aLoss Adjuster handling complex claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and policy wordings.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and remote client interaction skills.

Mansioni

• Investigate, assess and report on complex claims across property, liability and business interruption.
• Conduct virtual or in-person site inspections as required and gather evidence.
• Analyze policy wordings to confirm coverage and identify exclusions.
