Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance claims adjusting, with a focus on complex claims.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve a high volume of claims independently.
• Strong understanding of policies, legal principles, and investigations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims according to policy provisions and guidelines.
• Review police reports, interview witnesses, and inspect damaged property.
• Determine coverage, liabilities, and claim values based on evidence and policy terms.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, policyholders, and legal representatives.
• Maintain accurate claim files and document communications and decisions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with all parties in the claims process.
