Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in South Africa for a fully remote role supporting a UK-based business. You will handle shipment bookings, tracking, and documentation while coordinating with carriers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work UK business hours (11:00–19:00 SAST) and contribute to reports, process improvements, and customer satisfaction in an international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking and order management systems.
• Strong written English skills for UK-based colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate shipments with carriers and couriers.
• Track shipments, address delays, and update delivery status.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Inform customers and suppliers about shipment status and changes.
• Investigate and resolve logistics issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain shipment records and tracking details.
• Prepare weekly logistics reports and updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers.
• Use cloud-based tools to manage daily activities and data.
• Support continuous improvement in shipping coordination.
