Qualifications

Our client, a dynamic international freight forwarder, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Logistics Coordinator specializing in international shipments. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process for international shipments, including air, sea, and land freight.
• Liaise with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for international trade, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
• Track shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics coordination, with a specific focus on international shipments.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with various modes of international transport (air, sea, land).
• Experience with logistics management software and tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, vital for remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
