Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage fleet operations from a distance. In a fully remote role, you will optimize delivery routes, schedule drivers, and ensure efficient goods flow across locations.

You will leverage technology to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication with drivers and stakeholders, driving efficiency while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of TMS and route optimization software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote teams.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and office software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily delivery routes and driver schedules using logistics software.
• Monitor fleet performance in real-time and resolve delays proactively.
