Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation and delivery operations from a distance, optimizing supply chains and ensuring timely shipments.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, track deliveries, liaise with drivers and carriers, manage documentation, and analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities, all in a fully remote setup with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field.
• Proficiency in using logistics and transportation management software (TMS).
• Excellent remote communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation for inbound and outbound shipments remotely.
• Use logistics software and tracking systems to monitor deliveries in real-time.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Manage shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
