Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Logistics Administrator to support a remote logistics team. You will manage documentation, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth processing of shipments in a remote-first operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or coordination roles, prefer logistics or supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain logistics documentation, including manifests and invoices.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and confirm delivery details with clients and carriers.
• Process logistics paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external partners about shipments.
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving administrative logistics issues.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for logistics records.
