You will lead audits, training, and policy development, ensuring POPIA compliance while coordinating with regulators and internal stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal compliance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks and POPIA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's legal compliance program.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess impact on the business.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to employees.
