Job summary

Remote Recruitment is seeking an Online Learning Support Coordinator to assist learners with access to materials, manage course records and coordinate routine queries with the team. The role is fully remote in South Africa and full-time, aligned with UK business hours.

You will respond to learner inquiries, resolve login issues, manage bookings and send communications while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer support, course administration, or related coordination experience.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Patience helping users with varying digital confidence.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfort using online systems, calendars and spreadsheets.
• Ability to coordinate multiple queries and follow-ups.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Quiet workspace with reliable internet and backup power plan.

Responsibilities

• Respond to learner inquiries about course access and schedules.
• Resolve routine login and navigation issues using approved steps.
• Manage course bookings, enrolment updates and attendance records.
• Send course reminders and approved learner communications.
• Coordinate session details with tutors or programme staff.
• Maintain learner-support notes and escalate unresolved issues.
• Collect feedback and flag recurring problems.
• Handle learner information confidentially.
