Placements24 seeks a dynamic Remote Online Learning Facilitator to lead digital education initiatives. This fully remote role suits educators who leverage technology to deliver engaging online courses and measure student outcomes.

You will design, implement, and manage courses, working with LMS tools like Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard, to support learners worldwide while based in George, Western Cape, South Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience in developing and delivering online courses.
• Proficiency with LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate engaging digital learning content, including interactive modules, video lectures, and assessments.
• Facilitate online discussions, provide timely feedback to students, and monitor progress through LMS.
• Design and implement effective online assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to students encountering issues with the online learning platform.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to improve course materials.
