Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with Lean implementation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing strategies across multiple sites.
• Identify and eliminate muda (waste) in all forms.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke and sustain lean tools.
