Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience implementing lean methodologies in industrial settings.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of lean initiatives across various operational areas.
• Conduct value stream analyses to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate virtual Kaizen events and other continuous improvement workshops.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices.
• Utilize lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, Poka‑Yoke, and root cause analysis to solve problems.
• Train and coach employees and management on lean principles and problem‑solving techniques.
• Track and report impact of lean initiatives using KPIs.
• Collaborate virtually with cross‑functional teams to ensure adoption of lean practices.
