Job summary

WhatJobs Direct seeks a seasoned Remote Process Improvement Engineer to drive Lean transformations across operations from a distance. You will analyze complex data, identify waste, and develop strategic plans to implement lean methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Master's degree or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement with Lean Manufacturing.
Proven track record leading lean transformations in manufacturing or operational environments.
In-depth knowledge and practical application of lean tools and techniques.
Excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote assessments of manufacturing/operational processes to identify waste and inefficiency.
Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
Lead virtual Kaizen events and workshops to drive improvements.
Analyze process data to establish baseline metrics and track progress.
Present detailed reports and action plans to stakeholders.
