Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
- At least 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar role.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses of operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize Lean tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and 5S.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure performance.
- Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to define scope and requirements.
- Develop best practices and SOPs to sustain efficiency gains.
