Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years focused on test automation.
• Proven experience leading QA automation teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Expertise in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Behavior-Driven Development - BDD).
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Hands-on experience with popular automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
