Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test strategies, including manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote environment.
