Placements24 is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design test strategies for web and mobile apps, develop automated scripts with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress, and work within an agile team to ensure software quality.

You will mentor junior QA engineers, review requirements, and help improve QA processes. A Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent and 4+ years of QA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional QA experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress).
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language for test automation (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
