Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Safety Engineer for a fully remote role in the petrochemical sector. You will develop and maintain robust process safety management systems across our international operations, driving hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PSM, HAZOP, LOPA, SIS, and regulatory compliance, with exceptional leadership and global stakeholder engagement to advance a strong safety

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years in process safety within chemical/petrochemical/oil and gas.
• Expert in PSM elements, PHAs, LOPA, SIS, and risk assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop PSM programs across international operations.
• Facilitate PHAs (HAZOP, What-If, FMEA) and LOPA studies.
• Drive risk reduction, incident investigations, and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and remote safety leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers.
