Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering required.
- 10+ years in petrochemical process design and project leadership.
- Experience with hydrocarbon processing, refining, and polymers.
- Proven track record leading multi‑million dollar projects.
- Strong remote leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in process simulation, HAZOP, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of complex petrochemical processes.
- Oversee and mentor a remote project team of chemical engineers.
- Develop and implement advanced process control strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for new technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
