Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with thermodynamics/heat transfer focus.
• 10+ years in mechanical design, 5+ years in thermal management.
• Proficient in CFD tools and thermal simulation software.
• CAD proficiency for mechanical design and modeling.
• Experience leading technically-driven, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of advanced thermal management systems (liquid cooling, heatsinks, TIMs).
• Perform detailed thermal analyses and CFD simulations to optimize performance.
• Develop and execute test plans for thermal components and systems.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate thermal solutions.
• Manage project timelines and technical specs for thermal systems.
• Keep abreast of emerging thermal technologies and best practices.
