Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong CAD/FEA/CFD proficiency.
• Proven remote leadership capability.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in design, analysis, and validation of mechanical systems and products.
• Define and implement engineering best practices and standards for the team.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Drive technical decision-making, resolve complex engineering challenges, and champion innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, software, and operations in a remote setting.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
